Since the beginning of my career as a functional fitness trainer, I have focused on core and back health.
As a personal trainer, I always taught my clients how to train properly, working their entire body from the core outwards to avoid injury and actually end chronic or frequent joint pain. (You can read feedback and testimonials from many of my clients and workshop students here.)
All of that foundational work led me to develop my groundbreaking Hauber Method™ program, which I am now teaching in workshops in the U.S. and Europe.
