Obstacles Can Be Physical, Mental, or Emotional. They Are Also Temporary.
In 20 years of functional-fitness training and mind-body work, I can tell you that even perceived physical obstacles can be overcome.
I experienced it myself.
I had severe idiopathic adolescent scoliosis and certainly never thought I could have a career in fitness.
I also had severe pain after surgery that fused my spine and left me with two metal bars the length of it, yet I figured out how to stop that pain and have taught people with all kinds of long-lasting pain to end theirs.
And even with those immovable metal bars making my spine rigid and inflexible, I became a yoga teacher.
See what I mean? Even obstacles that seem physical can be overcome! At the very least, they can be creatively worked around.
