"I intentionally use the word 'training' to describe what I do, because a trainer is someone who passes on the knowledge, skills, and abilities that clients need to be successful. I provide my clients the know-how and personally relevant tools to shape their bodies and lifestyles into whatever they desire," Sara explains.
